NOTE:  Once the scheduled guest speakers have finished, any other guests who wish to speak will be welcome to do so with each guest being allotted five minutes.  For planning purposes, please contact Judge Bielawski’s Office at (989) 895-4224 by June 9, 2006 if you wish to be added to the list of speakers.  Due to time constraints, we cannot guarantee speaking time to anyone not placed on the list.
