Thread-topic: Judge Jurrens article in the Summons
Kudos to Judge Jurrens for his recent article. I especially
liked the last paragraph. Perhaps the Michigan Supreme Court will allow rubber
hose confessions, and any error would be cured by a jury instruction. Paul
